It all started with wanting to do something special on Mother’s Day.

Jenny’s love for flowers goes hand in hand with her love for her mother. As a child, she and her father would head to the local plant nurseries in Dickson, Tennessee every spring.   Purchases were made and on Mother’s Day morning she and her father would present a colorful new flower garden to her mother.  This tradition continues today.

After graduating from college with a degree in Nursery and Landscape Management, Jenny moved to Atlanta.  She discovered her niche with a local landscape contractor as a seasonal color designer.  Jenny advanced in the company, but her entrepreneurial spirit was calling. With $10 in her pocket and 12 clients she set out to accomplish her dream of owning and running her own business.

Today Simply Flowers has over 700 commercial and residential accounts totaling $2.5 million in sales. Jenny has served as past President of the Metro Atlanta Landscape and Turf Association (MALTA) and was recognized in 2007 as Georgia Green Industry Association (GGIA) as Communicator of the Year.  She is frequently asked to be a speaker bringing her warm, witty presentation and inspirational story.  Since 2002 Jenny has been the recipient of numerous awards from MALTA for her exceptional garden designs and installations.

These accomplishments, along with the success of Simply Flowers, are a testimony to Jenny’s skills, talents, tenacity, and exceptional customer service. Jenny has built a professional design team that is recognized as the southeast’s premier color-scaping specialist.
